Spangles is a free hand nail art range. Spangles Dust Mixer 15ml. Use a Spangles Precision Painter Brush, dip the brush into the Spangles Dust Mixer ensuring a ball of the mixer forms at the end of the brush. Select the Spangle Dust of your choice and dip the loaded brush into the Dust, using a rolling movement. Apply to the Nail creating the design of your choice. Clean Brush in Acetone after use. Apply 2-3 coats of Spangles Finishing Sealer to seal.
